  • Understand and apply social selling is, how to build a winning strategy, and tools that small business owners can use to help them be successful.
  • Develop a visual identity from start to finish, from writing a mission, vision, and style statement for a brand, and understanding the basics of creating a visual identity, to effectively planning internal and external brand launches, and how to monitor and evaluate a brand and respond to the results.
  • Learn how to build, implement, review, and revise a social media branding strategy. Topics will include: key strategy elements, hot social media platforms, brand-focused messages, and social media guidelines.
  • Understand how persuasion differs from manipulation; how to apply techniques of persuasion and influence; getting convincing conversations and presentations underway; and using storytelling techniques to extend influence, and more.
  • Identify the common communication problems; develop the skills to ask the right questions; learn the meanings underscoring non-verbal messages; develop skills in listening actively and empathetically to others; enhancing the ability to handle difficult situations; and dealing with situations assertively.
  • Work through the benefits of CRM on a company’s bottom line and analyze the different components of a CRM plan.

Admission to the MBA Sales and Marketing is open to students from all disciplines.

  • Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in any field or Equivalent level
  • Professional/life experiences and prior learning credits are available
  • English Level – IELTS Level 5.0 or High School study of all subjects in English or at least 55% marks in English in your High School is desired
  • Knowledge of the Internet and browsing, MS Word and Online Research Skill is desired

Program Requirements

All our Master’s programs under the Faculty of Education has four distinct parts:

  • Part One – Foundation Course which comprises of 10 credits and 2 Subject
  • Part Two – Core Program comes with 30 credits and 6 Subjects
  • Part Three – Specialization of Subjects comes with 20 credits divided into 4 Specialized subjects
  • Part Four – Capstone Project which is a reflective research work comprises of 30 credits

To receive a degree in the programme of study the student must achieve the following:

  • Complete and successfully pass Foundation, Core, Specialization and Capstone Project as prescribed in the programme specification.
  • Obtain a mark of 50% and above to satisfactorily pass each subject as the Capstone Project.
  • Complete the full programme of study in minimum duration of 12 months, and a maximum duration of up to 24 months. After 30 month's duration from enrollment date, the student would need to pay a maintenance bench fee for additional months of extension.
  • Students can attend 6 Live Online Webinar Sessions during the year and use one of that as a Capstone Project to complete a reflective paper.

  1. Prepare a paper on any one topic of from your specialization – 5000 words
  2. Attend any seminar on your Specialization subject in your region and create a reflective paper on the same – 5000 words
  3. Research Paper –Project Management – 5000 words

East Bridge College offers tuition scholarships and financial aid for its online learning degree programs. The tuition scholarship fund for distance learning degree programs will be granted depending on the policy and the Dean’s office from time to time. Upon request, EBC may offer you: Academic Scholarship, Athletic Scholarship, Creative Scholarships and Community Service Scholarship.

Refund Policy

Once students register for a course, they are responsible for dropping any course they decide not to attend.

  • Once you have enrolled in the program and you wish to immediately pull out before any access has been granted - 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded
  • No refund for students who have received course access and have already started off with the program from EBC
  • Read all Terms and Conditions before making payments
